The path of Yoga is a path of purification, internal and external. Feeding our body and mind consciously builds the main foundation of our health, together with being able to absorb nutrients and eliminate waste properly. Through various cleansing mechanisms such as lungs, kidneys, sweat glands, bowels, our body constantly throws off waste materials.
Nature can be assisted in removing waste products through various techniques and practices, which the Yogis know as Kriyas, or cleansing techniques.
In this Theory and Practice Course, we will study the yogic Kriyas and practice the gentle purification techniques together. The 2 sessions give a deeper insight into the yogic practices off the mat and equip us with ancient practices to improve holistic and healthy living.
In Yoga, control of the body starts with cleaning processes, the first step is to eliminate poisonous substances accumulated in the system
Jagadambika (Alisa) is inviting happiness and abundance into every moment of her daily life through living at ease and the practice of yogic disciplines. Discovering the path of Yoga 8 years ago, she got profound answers to the longing for a deeper meaning and under guidance and with inspiration continues her path of Self discovery. Over the last years she mainly lived in ashrams, studying and teaching Yoga Philosophy and its application in daily life. She has been part of the team in several Yoga Teacher Trainings and wishes to share this knowledge that leads to a healthier and happier daily life.
