Pablo Narayana was born in Mexico City in 1985. He studied International Business at the Universidad Panamericana, since he was afraid to follow his heart and study a humanistic career, which was what he really wanted. He thought it was his duty to earn money and wear a tie and jacket every day. In 2008 he finished university and a big change in his life made him approach photography as a career. In addition to being a photographer, he is passionate about innovation, technology and the media, which is why since 2013 he has been consulting for companies that want to improve their way of communicating.
In 2011 he took a yoga class and his life began to change (again), without thinking that he would become a yoga teacher, he went to an ashram to deepen his own practice. Since then, for the last 4 years we have lived in ashrams learning from great masters. Part of your practice is sharing what you have learned. He has been sober since 2010 and spends as much time as possible working with other addicts.
Sam is a yogi, dancer, adventurer and lover of life. As a professional dancer she toured and performed in musicals such as West Side Story, Chicago and Guys and Dolls, and appeared in films including Shall We Dance and Suicide Squad. She was drawn to yoga as a supplement to her dance training and fell in love with its blend of breath, movement and meditation.
Sam’s playful, open approach to life comes across in her classes. She completed her 500 hr Moksha Yoga training in India, then went on to train with Shiva Rea in LA completing her Fluid Vinyasa, Chakra Vinyasa and Trance Dance trainings. She also completed part two of the Ashtanga-inspired One Yoga Teacher training, the 200 hr Anusara Immersion, Restorative Yoga Training and Off the Mat’s Leadership Training with Seane Corn before finding her teacher Sri Dharma Mittra. Sam now spends much of her time in NY studying with Sri Dharma. She completed his 500 and 800 hr teacher trainings and is honored to serve as a mentor in the Dharma Yoga Center’s Life of a Yogi Teacher Training Programs.
