At a very young age Kalyani Dasi was introduced to the Yoga tradition with all its different aspects.
Born in Bolivia, where the knowledge of yoga was very scarce, did not stop Kalyani from mastering the asana practice, and delving deep into other disciplines within the yogic lifestyle. Particularly, Kalyani was attracted to Bhakti Yoga. Her ability to combine her devotion with a profound knowledge of the Vedanta philosophy, along with enthusiasm and clarity, make her a fantastic teacher of philosophy and wisdom. In 2018 Kalyani founded Casa Bhakti, which is a learning center of yoga and devotion, in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. Casa Bhakti is a vibrant, active, and immensely beautiful haven of spirituality at the heart of the bustling city, offering yoga classes, chanting events, Satsangs, and much more. Certified in the Sivananda tradition and studied extensively the teachings of Baba Ram Dass and many other yogis, Kalyani has grown to be an accomplished teacher loved dearly by all her students. @casabhakti.scz @kalyani.dasi |
Swami Kashi Muktananda has been living in the Himalayas of India and Sivananda ashrams for the past 20 years. He learned Sanskrit, Hindi, and Vedanta philosophy from his guru, Swami Chaitanyananda of Uttarkashi, a direct disciple of Swami Sivananda. His down-to-earth approach and loving nature make him an ideal bridge between the ancient yogic teachings and a Western audience.
