Once we learn to calm and still the body, we start to be more receptive to the subtler effects of our Yoga practice. There is a whole new world to explore inside of us!

We practice a combination of energizing and soothing Pranayama techniques that have a calming effect on the nervous system and if practiced very consciously, they help us to withdraw our senses to go within. This is the place where Meditation becomes fruitful and what we wish to experience together. 


The breath, directed by thought under the control of the will, is a vitalising, regenerating force which you can utilise consciously for self-development. It is within your easy reach at every moment of your life. - Swami Sivananda

Join Jagadambika and Narayana to find inspiration, deepen your Pranayama and Meditation practice and use the beneficial effects of this powerful group practice to start the day.
The ongoing practice sessions consist of guided 30 minute practices of Pranayama and Meditation every Friday morning and Sunday afternoon/evening depending on where you are. 
Who is sharing the course?
Jagadambika (Alisa) and Narayana (Pablo) are the cofounders of Sadhana Now. 

Jagadambika is inviting happiness and abundance into every moment of her daily life through her wholehearted practice of yogic disciplines and the art of living at ease. Discovering the path of Yoga 8 years ago, she got her answers to the longing for a deeper meaning and under guidance and with inspiration continues her path of Self discovery. Over the last years she mainly lived in ashrams, studying and teaching Yoga Philosophy and its application in daily life. She has been part of the team in several Yoga Teacher Trainings and under guidance of her teacher in specific retreats had the opportunity to dive deep into her personal Sadhana beyond a daily practice and experience the power of yoga. She wishes to share of her knowledge and practice to support people in the search for more contentment, vitality and self-growth.

​Narayana was born in Mexico City. He studied International Business at Universidad Panamericana, as he was afraid to follow his heart and study a humanistic career that was what he really wanted. He thought it was his duty to make money and wear a tie and jacket every single day. In 2008 he finished university and a big change in his life made him approach to photography as a career. In addition to being a photographer he is passionate about innovation, technology and media, so since 2013 gives consultancy to companies that want to improve their way of communicating. 
In 2011 he took a Yoga class and his life started to change (again), never thinking he would become a yoga teacher he went to an ashram to deepen his own practice. Since then, over the past 4 years he lived in ashrams learning from great teachers. Part of his practice is sharing what he has learned. He has been sober since 2010 and puts all the possible time into working with other addicts.
