The Moon, Chandra in Sanskrit, represents the mind and our potential feelings, the greatest achievement we can achieve in our reality is peace and receptivity, this occurs when we allow our mind to find the primary source of thought.
The main objective:
Identify our emotional tendencies from the discovery of the position of the moon in our Vedic astral chart, and thus immerse ourselves in the unconscious depths, making our interaction with reality more and more harmonious.

Course content
1. Vedic initiation according to our birth chart. It is built from the lunar position in our Vedic astral chart having as its object a harmony in the management of emotions
2. Vedic Meditation as a practice that harmonizes our Lunar energy, which represents our mind, and its influence on our Prakrity- Ayurvedic Constitution.
3. To know the Sattva-Rajas-Tamas mental humors as dynamic forms of manifestation of our psyche and their relationship with the state of our central nervous system.
4. How Jyotish Meditation is a self-healing process.
5. States of consciousness, the secret door as a path of evolution

WHO IS SUDARSHAN?
For more than 15 years it was clear to me that learning was the only way to calm my mind, eager for answers about myself. After my bachelor's degree, I traveled to discover other countries and cultures, which was when I met the first yogis who inspired me and sowed the seeds of my interest in Vedic sciences.
When I traveled to New York for work, I met members of the “Integral Yoga Institute” who invited me to do Karma Yoga at their academy. With them I learned the subtle techniques of Ayurveda, also helping them in Kirtan, Meditation and Yoga sessions. By then I had already been practicing yoga for some years learning more closely the Vedic methods and their implications. After returning to Colombia from my trip to New York, I made a firm decision to change my life goal and dedicate myself to Vedic sciences.
