Yoga Philosophy and Sadhana (spiritual practice) teach us the tools and necessary mental shifts to see our current life and actions from a different angle, bringing more love and kindness into everything we do. Guided by Jagadambika and Narayana, learn the key teachings of Yoga and experience together, how to live up to our full potential. To bring more kindness into our life and that of the people we love most, we will study & practice the following main topics:
Love begets love (bhakti practices)
Hatha Yoga (Asanas & Pranayama)
Teachings of Swami Sivananda on Kindness & Love applied to our lives.
“Kindness is the golden chain by which people are bound together” Swami Sivananda
Jagadambika & Narayana are the founders of the Sadhana Now Community project and tread the path to inner freedom, peace and happiness. They met while serving in an Ashram in the Bahamas in 2017. Ever since they share the power of Yoga, chant Kirtan and hold space for people to experience the power of love and devotion together. Over the last years Jagadambika and Narayana mainly lived in Ashrams in NY, Bahamas and Colombia and wish to share with you the Yogic teachings in a down to earth and simple but profound way.
