SIVANANDA YOGA The exercises (asanas): This type of yoga focuses on 12 basic regular practice asanas. SUITABLE FOR ALL LEVELS Breathing (pranayama): A rhythmic and deep breath allows us to achieve greater mental clarity. It also helps rejuvenate the body. Relaxation (Savasana): Through the physical relaxation experienced performing Savasana, we can empty and calm the mind. Only when physical and mental relaxation has been achieved can we achieve spiritual relaxation.
